The Models 3005 and 3007 are microprocessor controlled digital  insulation / continuity testers.

They do not permit insulation resistance measurement on three rated test voltages (250V, 500V and 1000V) and continuity testing, but offer a number of advanced features such as bargraph reading of test voltage, auto null function for continuity testing and Trac-Lok function to save battery power (model 3007 only).

bullet Bargraph to display insulation test voltage.
bullet Displays the value of external AC voltage along with flashing symbol.
bullet Auto null function to automatically subtract the test lead resistance before displaying the real continuity resistance value.
bullet Trac-Lok mode to conserve battery life on insulation  and continuity tests. (3007 only)
bullet Live circuit warning beeper.
bullet Releasing the test button automatically discharges the charges stored in the circuit under test.
bullet Backlight function to view the test results in dimly lit areas. (model 3007 only)
bullet 200mA continuity short circuit test current to IEC364-6-61.
bullet Minimum 1mA current on insulation tests to IEC364-6-61.
