Features
- Temperature data is automatically retrieved every 15
minutes around the clock, every day...24/7 and the
information is stored for 10 days.
- Maximum and minimum temperature points can be
programmed into the monitor for each sensor.
- Visual (red flashing light) and audible (90dB beeper)
alarms.
- Five different alarm delay settings (0, 15, 30, 45, 60
minutes).
- Data collected is easily uploaded to a PC via integral
USB port.
- Tamperproof log sheets are created in Excel for
storage and graphing.
- Monitors current temperatures from up to 30 remote
temperature sensors.
- Temperature information is transmitted wirelessly up
to 300 ft (100m).
- All sensors are waterproofed to IP65 and all
components meet NSF criteria for professional kitchen
equipment.
- "Hot" and "Cold" (optional probes) are supplied with
standard 6ft (2m) cables lengths.
