Overview
Today, optical technology is used in a wide variety of applications,
which include biomedical and environmental measurement, as well as
information and communication, where demand for broadband
connectivity is growing rapidly, driven by the popularity of the
Internet, IP telephony, and video streaming. Yokogawa's optical
spectrum measurement technology contributes to the development of
such optical applications.

Yokogawa has
three models converting a Wide Range of Wavelengths from
350nm to 2400nm.

Model
AQ6370C (600 to 1700nm)
Standard model optimized to the wavelengths often
used in telecommunication applications.

Model
AQ6373 (350 to 1200nm)
This model is for short-wavelengths including
visible light (VIS).

AQ6375 (1200 to 2400nm)
The third model is for long wavelengths over 2µm
commonly used in the near-infrared range.
